Material delivered by the carrier in such a manner that requires additional handling, such as ground unloading, constricted space unloading,
designated piece unloading, stacked shipments, loads mixed with pad wrapped material, carpet/pad only shipments, shipment integrity,
alternate delivery location, shipments without individual bills of lading, and shipments that require additional time,
