How do I view invoices for my previous shows?
If you have recently exhibited in a Freeman show, your show invoice(s) will be available from the My Invoices section of Freeman OnLine. You will be required to login before you will be allowed access to the My Invoices section. This will allow the system to recognize who you are so that the proper invoices will be displayed. Once on the My Invoices page, you may select the desired show from the dropdown list. This will prompt the system to display a list of all of the invoices you have available for the selected show. Clicking on an invoice record will display the invoice detail.

What should I do if I would like to be registered for a show?
If you have not yet registered for a show but would like to exhibit in the show, you should contact the show organizer. To access this information, go to the Show Search and locate the desired show by entering applicable search criteria or search the list of All Freeman Shows. Once the show has been located, click on the show name. This will take you to the show-specific area for the selected show. Next, select the Contact Us button from the top level navigation. This will display the contact information for the Show Management Company.

How do I create a new user account for Freeman OnLine?
To setup an account, select the "Login" button from the top of the screen. From the login screen, select the "Register" button and fill in the information to create your User Profile.

I forgot my Password
If you forgot your Password, you should go to the login screen (by selecting the "Click to log in" button at the top of the page) and select the Forgot Password link. The system will then prompt you to submit your Username. Once the Username has been submitted, the system will reset the corresponding Password to a string of randomly generated characters. This new, temporary Password will be emailed to you at the e-mail address provided in the User Profile section for the User ID. The new Password may now be used to log in to the Freeman OnLine system. Please note that you will be required to reset your Password to a new entry upon successful log in to the system.

My phone number, email, or other personal information changed
To update your personal User Profile that is held in the Freeman OnLine system, login to the site and go to the My Profile screen. Make any changes as necessary and submit the new information by clicking on the "Save" button. . Please note that a valid e-mail address is essential in order to allow for future Password reset, if necessary.

How do I view general information for a show to which I am not registered?
If you would like to view general information for a show to which you have not registered, go to the Show Search and locate the desired show by entering applicable search criteria or search the list of All Freeman Shows. Once the desired show has been located, click on the show name. This will take you to the show-specific area for the selected show. Please note that certain information will not be available to users that have not registered for the show.

How do I access specific information for a show to which I am registered?
Once you have logged in to the FOL system, you should select the Show Search navigation option. Enter your search criteria and click on the "Search My Shows" button. This will return a list of all shows to which you have been registered. Select a show name in order to view the show specific details for the show.

Where can I find the calendar of important dates for a show?
Once in the show-specific area (described above), select the "View Move In/Out Schedule & Freeman Deadlines" link from the Show Information page.

How do I order products or services for a show?
To order products or services for a show, enter into the show-specific area for the show (described above) and select the Order Freeman Services navigation button. You may then browse through the show catalog for items desired. Select an item to view more product details and to place the item in your freeman shopping cart.

To quickly navigate to a catalog area, you may select the item category from the shortcut bar provided on the right side of the screen. This shortcut bar is available at all times while within the show-specific area. After placing an item in your freeman shopping cart, you may continue shopping and add items to your cart as described above.

Please note that once an item has been placed in your cart, the order is automatically saved. You may exit the system and return at a later time and the Freeman Shopping Cart items will remain until deleted or checkout is completed.

I can't find the product/service that I would like to order
Enter the name of the product (or part of the name) into the Search field in the shortcut bar provided on the right side of the screen. Use your mouse to click on the Go button. All matching products will be displayed.

I have already placed items in my cart and now I want to complete the order
Once in the show-specific area (described above), select the View Cart button from the shortcut bar provided on the right side of the screen. This will display a summary of all items currently in your freeman shopping cart for this show. To proceed with the order, select the Checkout button. You will be guided through the checkout wizard, which will complete the order and submit it to Freeman for processing.

How do I estimate my material handling charges?
Material Handling costs can be estimated with the help of a wizard-like feature that prompts the exhibitor with a series of questions. They can also print and keep records of these estimates. Material handling services cannot be ordered online only "estimates" can be provided.

How do I order outbound shipping?
Once an order has been placed the user will be provided the option to request an Outbound Material Handling Agreement (MHA) and shipping labels which will be provided at show site. Outbound Shipping may also be requested by clicking on Outbound Shipping under Material Handling on the left side of the screen.

How do I submit an exhibit transportation request and track my shipment?
Exhibitors that arrange shipping through Freeman’s transportation services can submit a request with the help of a wizard-like feature that prompts the exhibitor to enter pieces of information pertaining to their shipment. Once they have completed the request, they can print and keep records of these requests. The requests are submitted to the Exhibit Transportation Call system. An Exhibit Transportation Representative will contact the customer to provide further assistance for their request. Shipments can be tracked by entering the Freeman tracking number.
